Arnhemse Courant - 18 may 1996 On saturday May 18th a newsreport on 'The Market Garden Site' appeared in the regional newspaper of Gelderland. Reporter Peter Leunissen had payed me a visit a few days earlier accompanied by photographer Cees Mooij. In this interview I explained why I put up a site of this magnitude, and how I got on the net in the first place. Other mathers of interest were the feedback and many e-mails from Market Garden veterans and from interested people from all over the world. I thank reporter Peter Leunissen for his interest and his very nice written article. Because of this article I received many additional information from the Arnhem public. Meanwhile this newspaper does not exist anymore. It was merged with the other newspaper in the region 'de Gelderlander'. Both papers belong to the same newspaper company 'Wegener'.
